Price is per game.  If sending multiple games, please adjust the quantity accordingly.

This Service is for authentic games only.  Please e-mail me if you have any questions about the authenticity of your game.  Counterfeit games will be returned to the customer and not serviced.  

This is a mail in service, how does it work?

After checking out, I will e-mail you within 1-2 business days with shipping instructions. 

What's covered?

I will remove your old dry battery and replace it with a new one.  I will give the circuit board a light clean with isopropyl alcohol.  The edge connector (gold contacts) will be cleaned with DeoxIT G100L.  Exposed traces will be sealed with UV solder mask.

I will also test saving functionality on the game.  If there is a problem with the board, I will reach out and discuss repair options not covered by this service.

For SRAM games, I will back up and restore your save if present.  For 3rd generation Pokémon games, please add a note to the order if you'd like your RTC flags reset.    

How long does it take?

I can typically turn around batteries within a day or two of receiving your package.  Depending on volume, it could take longer.  I would anticipate a turnaround time of 5-10 business days.  

Why am I paying for shipping? 

You are responsible for shipping both ways.  The shipping fee you pay here is the return shipping cost.
