How does this work?
This is a repair send in service. I will e-mail you shipping instructions after I receive an order confirmation.
Is this cost final?
No, there could be more charges depending on the nature of the repair. For example, if the repair requires several hours of labor, or parts, more charges may be necessary. I will clear any additional cost with you first before proceeding.
Why am I paying for shipping?
You are responsible for shipping both ways. The shipping fee you pay here is the return shipping cost.
How long does it take?
I typically get to repair work on the weekends after I receive your order. Depending on availability, it may slide into the weekend after. I ultimately want to get your game / console back into your hands ASAP.
No fix, no fee.
If I'm unable to repair your game / console, I will refund you minus the cost of return shipping. You are still responsible for the shipping cost to me and going back to you.

Sent over my Game Boy Advance SP to give it some much needed TLC and Corey did a fantastic job! Very happy with the new shell and screen, it plays like a dream! Corey communicated with me for the entire process, helped me pick out the right screen and everything! Sent back the original shell and screen (with all of the parts: buttons, etc.) as well. Definitely recommend if you want to get any work done on these systems! Once again Corey, thank you so much for the incredible work you did!

Corey was an absolute blessing to have during this process. I messed up fixing my Pokemon Crystal cart in a bad way, but Corey was able to get it fixed pretty quick all things considered. He kept me informed of the process and explained in detail what was wrong and how he fixed it. I strongly recommend his work and client focused approach to communicating the issues at hand. I’m hoping I can do the kind of work he does, and this was a valuable lesson in what exactly I should do.
The service and communication was top notch. My cartridge was returned fast and he went above and beyond on the repair. It also came back with a cool 3-D printed stand for my game! I would highly recommend this to anybody.
